Basic monitoring service ensures that your home alarm will be connected to our monitoring central station through a land line phone connection. In the event of an emergency signal received we will then attempt to contact you and/ or your personal re fences before notifying the proper authorities.
2- Way Voice service is an upgraded monitoring services provided to homes with a land line phone connection and compatible equipment. (The Honeywell wireless "Lynx" system comes standard with 2- Way Voice compatibility however the Honeywell pre- wired "Vista" system doesn't and requires an additional
piece of equipment called an "Eagle Board" in order to be 2- Way compatible. For more information or questions regarding compatibility please contact us for an in depth explanation.)
The 2- Way voice feature on your security system provides an active audio link to our central station when a signal is received. Through the speaker on the "Lynx" (wireless system) touch pad/ "Vista Eagle Board" (pre-wired system)
we are able to listen/ communicate through a speaker located on the security touch pad aiding our ability to confirm suspicious activity. Once suspicious activity has been confirmed by one of our representatives , we will then notify the proper authorities of the confirmed alert. 2- Way Voice service also helps to prevent false alarms. With an upgraded 2- Way system we will be better able to detect false alarms through the alarm system and can even talk to you through the speaker located on the touch pad in the event of an accidentally triggered alarm. Many police officers are now telling homeowners who have been burglarized not to get an alarm unless it being monitored with 2- Way Voice service.
Cell Backup service is an extra feature that can provide an increase in the effectiveness of your alarm. With Cell Backup your home will always be protected from an intrusion, even if your phone line has been cut.
Cell Primary service is essentially the same as Cell Backup except that with Cell Primary service the alarm system relies completely on the cellular device for all communication between the system and our monitoring station.

Fire:
We offer fire monitoring service throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area and Texas statewide. The wireless Honeywell "Lynx" and the pre- wired "Vista" system come standard with a fire alarm. Monitored wireless smoke/ Carbon Monoxide detectors can also be purchased and monitored for an additional cost. The wireless Lynx control unit comes standard with this ability however the Honeywell "Vista" system for pre- wired home with the Radio Frequency upgrade are also compatible with wireless monitored smoke detectors.
Medical:
Medial monitoring comes standard with all of the alarms we install. Additionally, monitored medical pendants for the elderly/ disabled are available upon request.
